- Earned a Ph.D. in Civil Engineering – Construction in 2020 from Al-Iraqia University, Egypt
- Earned his Master's Degree in Civilian. - Construction in 2013 from University of Cairo, Arab Republic Of Egypt
- Earned his Bachelor's Degree in Civilian in 1996 from Anbar University in Iraq
Experience
Design and preparation of tables of quantities and scope of work (Arabic and English), in addition to other technical documents related to the projects department. Preparation of all administrative documents for projects.
Participate in the technical analysis of bids and selection committees for engineering projects due to technical expertise.
Reporting, monitoring and following up on projects in the field including reporting on the progress of project activities.
Preparing the completion (delivery) service for the seller after ensuring that all work has been completed, according to standards, specifications and the contract.
In charge of following up and controlling many construction projects. . Assign responsibilities and direct the project team
Monitor compliance with applicable laws, practices, quality assurance/quality control policies, performance standards and specifications.
. Review engineering accomplishments and initiate appropriate corrective actions
