This division is concerned with identifying psychological, social, and behavioral problems faced by students, working to address them, and helping and guiding students to develop their personal abilities.
- Media Unit: Reports to the Director of Dormitories. Its tasks include publishing news related to all technical and sports activities of the dormitories, supervising the welcome program, and receiving students at the beginning of the academic year.
- Follow-up Unit: Also reports directly to the Director of Dormitories. It specializes in periodic visits to dormitories, evaluating the performance of supervisors, auditing records, and following up on maintenance work.
