President of the University of Fallujah Chairs Meeting with Committee Overseeing Implementation of SIS and HR Systems
On Tuesday, May 27, 2025, the President of the University of Fallujah, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, chaired a meeting with the committee tasked with overseeing the implementation of the Student Information System (SIS) and the Human Resources (HR) system. The meeting was attended by the Assistant President for Scientific Affairs, Prof. Dr. Nahla Naji Hilal.
The meeting focused on reviewing the progress achieved in the implementation stages and discussing mechanisms for overcoming potential technical and administrative challenges to ensure data accuracy and streamline procedures across all university departments.
During the meeting, the President emphasized that the adoption of these systems marks a significant step toward digital transformation. He highlighted their role in enhancing institutional performance and facilitating services for both students and staff. He also underscored the importance of providing adequate technical support and training for the university's personnel to ensure successful implementation.
In conclusion, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad commended the efforts of the committee members and called for intensified collaboration among the relevant departments to achieve full digital transformation, in alignment with the government's directives to develop the digital infrastructure of state institutions and improve the quality of services provided.
