University of Fallujah Launches Training Program as Part of the National Strategy for Education

Under the patronage of the President of the University, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, the University of Fallujah, represented by the Center for Continuing Education, launched today, Sunday, May 11, 2025, a training program as part of the National Strategy for Education. This initiative comes within the framework of development efforts aimed at enhancing the efficiency of academic and administrative staff and modernizing the institutional work environment.

The program will continue until next September and includes three specialized training courses and five interactive workshops, to be implemented in sequential stages. These activities cover various topics aimed at improving institutional performance and enhancing the quality of administrative services.

The program began its first day with two academic lectures. The first lecture was delivered by the Dean of the College of Administration and Economics, Asst. Lecturer Dr. Muhannad Khalifa Obaid, who addressed the topic:

“Developing Administrative and Financial Skills as an Entry Point for Enhancing Economic Growth and Sustainability.”

He highlighted the positive impact of skills development on economic growth, including improved institutional productivity and higher service quality.

The second lecture was presented by Dr. Muhannad Khamis, focusing on:

“Developing Administrative and Financial Skills: Effective Strategies for Excellence.”

He reviewed the most prominent modern tools and methods for managing resources efficiently and promoting institutional excellence.

The National Strategy for Education seeks to align educational outcomes with the needs of society and the national economy through the adoption of modern educational methods and the development of training programs that keep pace with global advancements in the education sector.
