Conclusion of the Higher Education Internationalization Training Course in the United Kingdom with the Participation of Iraqi Public and Private Universities
The training course on the internationalization of higher education, organized by Cardiff Metropolitan University in the United Kingdom in coordination with the Iraqi Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, has concluded with the participation of several presidents of Iraqi public and private universities, as well as a select group of staff from the Ministry of Higher Education.
The University of Fallujah was represented in the training course by its President, Prof. Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad, alongside the presidents of the Middle Technical University, the Northern Technical University, Al-Ma’arif University, and Al-Shaab University.
The multi-day course focused on mechanisms for building effective strategic partnerships and explored the potential for developing joint academic and research programs in line with quality requirements and international standards in higher education.
This participation comes as part of the Ministry’s efforts to enhance the performance of Iraqi universities, boost their presence in international rankings, and expand their global academic network.
