To obtain a bachelor's degree from one of the colleges at the University of Fallujah, the student must fulfill the academic status that include the following requirements:
- Successfully complete six academic years for the College of Medicine, five years for the College of Veterinary Medicine, and four years for other colleges at the University of Fallujah within the maximum allowed study period.
College of Medicine Specific Requirements:
- Completion of a research project
- The final year consists solely of clinical training in four clinical departments and includes:
- Final written examination
- OSCE (Objective Structured Clinical Examination)
- Oral examination

Procedure for Providing Graduates with Documents and Certificates (Diplomas):
This ensures the application of Articles (3) and (9) of the Professional and Medical Personnel Gradation Law No. 6 of 2000. Accordingly:
- Graduates who have fulfilled Articles (3) and (9) with (10) years of actual service in various government departments or more must submit an endorsement letter from their department addressed to the College of Medicine/University of Fallujah, confirming their continued service and specifying the duration of actual service.
- Retired graduates must submit an endorsement letter from the General Retirement Directorate addressed to the College of Medicine/University of Fallujah.
- Graduates who have not fulfilled Articles (3) and (9) mentioned in paragraph (1) above must obtain a non-objection letter from the Ministry of Health to receive their documents.
Required Documents for Issuing Certificates:
- Twelve (12) photographs
- Copies of:
- Civil ID
- Residence card
- Iraqi nationality certificate or unified national card
- Copy of passport
Required Documents for Issuing Diplomas:
- Colored copy of passport
- Employment status (proof of continued service) or non-objection letter from the Ministry of Health for non-employees, and retirement ID for retirees.
