The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has completed the rotation process for vacant seats, based on the data provided by the universities.
In this context, the Research and Development Department announced the launch of the service for treating critical cases by submitting applications electronically.
The department explained that the new service requires applicants wishing to have their critical cases treated to enter their accounts in the electronic system (https://uofallujah.rdd.edu.iq/) and press the “Submit a request for critical care treatment” button. The electronic interface allows reviewing the vacant seats in the plan.
The Research and Development Department has determined the possibility of submitting a treatment request in the following cases:
- The candidate must have a match according to the plan.
- His score in the competitive exam must be higher than 45 and less than 50.
- All applicants, regardless of application channel or privileges, are allowed to submit a request for critical case processing.
- If the request is accepted, the applicant’s seat will be rotated at private expense, regardless of his basic application information.
The department indicated that the final admission results were announced after completing the process of rotating vacant seats. It stated that receiving requests for critical case processing will continue until August 14, 2024, at 12:00 pm.
She noted the need for all applicants, regardless of the application channel or privileges, to submit applications electronically, as they will be deprived of competing for vacant seats if the application is not submitted.
It is worth noting that the system only allows applicants with a competitive exam score between 45 and 49.9999 to submit the application, in the event that there are vacant seats within the plan.
