Today, Tuesday, July 2, 2024, the College of Law at the University of Fallujah discussed a master’s thesis in the public law branch entitled “Establishing private administrative control and appreciating it in accordance with the provisions of Islamic Sharia - a comparative legal study.”

The thesis submitted by the student Hussein Munzer Mashkour, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Khaled Rashid Ali, aimed to establish private administrative control in Islamic Sharia and its appreciation in statutory legislation, to point out the shortcomings that plague private administrative control.

In law, as well as a statement of the jurisprudence of Sharia policy related to it.

The thesis discussion committee was headed by Prof. Dr. Ali Ahmed Hassan, and the membership of Prof. Dr. Taghreed Muhammad Qaddouri and Prof. Ismail Fadel Halawas.

The thesis included four chapters: The first chapter dealt with the definition of private administrative control in Sharia and law, while the second chapter touched on the means and structure of private administrative control bodies in Sharia and law, while the third chapter reviewed the goals of private administrative control in Sharia and law.

As for the final fourth chapter, the researcher shed light on the limits of private administrative control bodies in Sharia and law. In his letter, the student presented many proposals, the most important of which is the call for the provisions of Islamic Sharia to be the source of administrative law, which would achieve the desired reform of administrative control bodies.
